Anywhen is run by one person in Brazil, so replies are written by hand and usually arrive within a few days.
What we answer
- Corrections to destination data. A wrong climate month, a cost range that does not match reality, an activity that no longer exists, a place described badly. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, how you know — corrections get applied.
- Partnership enquiries. Accommodation, activity and transport providers who want to be reachable from a destination page. Partners are only shown after a human has verified them, and being a partner never changes where a destination ranks.
- Press. Questions about how the search works, what the data is, and what it can and cannot tell you.
What we cannot do
Anywhen does not sell or handle bookings, so we cannot change, confirm or refund a reservation. If you booked through a provider we linked to, that provider holds your booking and is the only party who can amend it.
